Demonstrate how to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation promptly and effectively \n4. DESCRIPTION:This training is facilitated by Alex Kelly from Waymakers providing insights and approaches for supporting neurodivergent workers.\n\n\nFacilitated by Alex Kelly from Waymakers commissioned by NDVS\, thanks to Barnstaple Town Council. \nAIM: To equip managers with insights and approaches for supporting neurodivergent employees. \nTo include: \n\nAn exploration of language and terminology relating to neurodivergence;\nUnderstanding information processing and sensory differences\, and how dealing with barriers can show up for different people;\nPractical activities in which attendees reflect on and evaluate ways to develop a needs-based approach to supporting staff.
