AIM: To equip managers with insights and approaches for supporting neurodivergent employees.
To include:
- An exploration of language and terminology relating to neurodivergence;
- Understanding information processing and sensory differences, and how dealing with barriers can show up for different people;
- Practical activities in which attendees reflect on and evaluate ways to develop a needs-based approach to supporting staff.
