Revitalising Volunteer Event – VCS Organisations Booking Form

North Devon Voluntary Services is delighted to invite you to take part in our upcoming Revitalising Volunteering Event on Thursday, 12th February at Green Lanes Shopping Centre, Barnstaple.

Due to the popularity of last year’s event, we’ve moved to a larger venue with better footfall to give even more people the chance to connect with local causes and discover the joy of volunteering.

This Eventbrite booking form will give you a stand at the Event.

From 9.30 : Set up & networking

10.00 Open to members of the public

There will be 2 short talks for members of the public from Louise on the benefits of volunteering at 1030 & 12.30.

10.30 Presentation from Louise Flagg (NDVS )on ‘The Benefits of Volunteering’

12.30 Second presentation

14.30 Closes to members of the public – packdown

15.00 Finish

Location: Green Lanes Shopping Centre, sqaure outside of the new North Devon Council Hub and the sqaure outside of TK Maxx.

Important Information for Exhibitors:

• Please bring your own table and chairs

• A valid certificate of public liability insurance is required – we will need a copy of this

• Organisations must be prepared to man their stand for the full duration of the event
